For the Simon Says Stamp "Up in the Air" challenge....the new "Star-Spangled Banner" stamp from Taylored Expressions. After stamping, I used some blending brushes and a paint brush to add some spatter. The sentiments are from their Patriotic Mini Strips. I used the Simon Star embossing folder to add some texture!
